If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the delivery date — no hard feelings, no hassle.
How to Request a Refund
- Email our support team at support@livnure.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Once your return is approved and/or received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the delivery date.
- We may ask you to return unused bottles. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds apply to the purchase price of the product. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds on orders that show signs of abuse of this policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@livnure.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item received. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@livnure.com and we will resolve it promptly.
