Thank you for shopping with LivNure! Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to your door.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–10 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods (e.g., holidays).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way. If you don't receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@livnure.com.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us at support@livnure.com within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members.
  2. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, garage).
  3. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.

If your package still hasn't arrived, contact us at support@livnure.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement.
